Defamation Action:
The  Credit Valley Conservation Authority   took a  fraudulent Conveyance
of the Burkos Property,  when the Burkos called for a  "Public Inquiry"
of what this Public Authority had done,  in 1/2 page news paper adds in the
Toronto Sun.  This  Public Authority faked legal Capacity and Launched this
Defamation Action to Shut the Burkos Up, seeking a  Perminant injunction
Prohibiting the Burkos from  "speaking,  writing, broadcasting or publishing
The Credit Valley Conservation Authority (part of the Government of Ontario)
Denies that the "Charter of Rights and Freedoms" applies to it.
